It depends on scope. Corporate websites usually take 1–3 weeks; e-commerce and custom software projects 4–8 weeks. I provide a clear delivery timeline at our first meeting.

Standard terms are 50% at project start and 50% on delivery. Large projects can use milestone payments (design, development, delivery). All terms are clearly stated in the contract.

Yes. All web projects include at least 3 months of free technical support. Monthly maintenance packages are also available for security updates, backups, speed optimization and content updates.

Absolutely. During the design phase you have revision rights based on your package; for most projects I include reasonable revisions until design approval. My goal is to work with you until you're fully satisfied.
